With more than 2100 members, the KTC is one of the largest running clubs of its kind in the country. KTC is a member of the USATF, AAU, Road Runners Club of America, Knoxville Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Knox Area Greenways Coalition. We are a longtime participant in the Tennessee Adopt-a-Highway and Adopt-a-Creek programs.

Playing an active role in Knoxville and surrounding counties, we raise monies at our own races, as well as assist others for a variety of worthy causes, including the Knox Greenways Coalition, FISH Pantry, the Arthritis Foundation, Tennessee School for the Deaf, local youth organizations and others. We sponsor a year round Youth Athletics program for East Tennessee area kids and train exceptional athletes for regional and national competition.
